RECENT Leaked COURT DOC reveals TRAUMATISING REASONS why Rory mcllory splits from wife Erica Stoll and plans tieing knot with CBS reporter Amanda Balionis

It’s believed Rory McIlroy and Amanda Balionis are not in a romantic relationship.

This comes after McIlroy, 35, filed for divorce from his wife of seven years, Erica Stoll. He submitted his divorce papers to a Florida court earlier this month, just days before the PGA Championship. His filing stated that their marriage was “irretrievably broken”.

Since then, unverified rumors have circulated on social media suggesting the four-time major champion is dating CBS Sports broadcaster Balionis. The 38-year-old is primarily tasked with interviewing players post-round, including McIlroy following his win at the Wells Fargo Championship earlier this month.

The two have also collaborated on McIlroy’s endorsement deal with software giant Workday, appearing together in promotional content on social media. In addition to her golf coverage, Balionis also covers the NFL for CBS. She married former quarterback Bryn Renner in 2022, but has recently been seen without her wedding ring and has returned to using her maiden name.

Neither party has commented on rumors of their separation. However, Us Weekly has reported that Balionis and McIlroy are not dating, stating that their relationship is strictly professional. Both McIlroy and Balionis have yet to comment on the rumors.

McIlroy has submitted divorce papers in Palm Beach, expressing his desire for a shared custody arrangement with Stoll for their three year old daughter, Poppy. It was confirmed in the documents that McIlroy and Stoll had previously signed a prenuptial agreement before tying the knot in 2017.

A statement from McIlroy’s communications team confirmed the lodgement of the divorce paperwork, underlining that “Rory’s desire is to ensure this difficult time is as respectful and amicable as possible” and will not be discussing the matter publicly.

Us Weekly published an article claiming that Stoll felt “lonely in their marriage”, attributing it to McIlroy’s career. A source close to the couple revealed: “Rory was a hard person to be married to. [Erica] knew what she was getting into with his profession.

“But once they had Poppy, things really changed and she had a new perspective. Erica was usually absent for most of his tournaments and was really focused on Poppy.”

McIlroy is set to miss out on winning the ongoing Canadian Open but is on course for a top-five finish after shooting 13-under-par for the tournament. He’s in good form ahead of the US Open which takes place at Pinehurst No. 2 later this month.

McIlroy has already won twice on the PGA Tour this year, claiming victory at the Zurich Classic of New Orleans with Shane Lowry and at the Wells Fargo Championship, held at Quail Hollow.
