Anthony Kim announcement made ahead of 2025 LIV Golf League season.

Former U.S. Ryder Cup hero Anthony Kim confirms his participation at International Series Qatar as he warms up for another crack at LIV Golf in 2025.

Anthony Kim will join 17 other LIV Golf players in the penultimate International Series event of the Asian Tour season in two weeks’ time.

Kim, 39, has confirmed his participation in International Series Qatar at Doha Golf Club from 27-30 November.

The former U.S. Ryder Cup hero is expected to be invited back to compete on the LIV Golf League in 2025.

GolfMagic understands Kim will join up with a team for the first time and that wildcards will be removed from the breakaway circuit.

Nothing is confirmed just yet though.

Kim was one of two wildcards on LIV Golf last season alongside Hudson Swafford.

But Swafford has not been invited back onto LIV Golf next season.

As a result, the winner of the season-long International Series rankings receives a golden ticket onto the LIV Golf League for 2025.

America’s John Catlin is leading the way right now, but Canada’s Richard T. Lee is going in hot pursuit.

There are just three events left to play on the International Series with events in Hong Kong (21-24 November), Qatar (27-30 November) and Saudi Arabia (4-7 December).

A large number of LIV Golf players are also expected to compete in the Saudi event next month.

Kim will be joined by a number of other LIV Golf stars in Qatar, including major champions Patrick Reed, Charl Schwartzel and Louis Oosthuizen.
